For material processing with uneven rust on the surface, the surface condition of the material should be uniform before cutting. For thicker rusted sheets, if the rusted sheet is cut directly by a laser cutting machine, it is easy to cause the phenomenon of impervious cutting, poor cutting quality, and even the phenomenon of slag backsplash, which may cause Damage the protective lens, or even the focusing lens, causing the ceramic body to burst. Therefore, if cutting thick rusted materials, be sure to remove the rust before cutting.
