Features
high speed: It can cut 95 pieces per minute. (Take 50mm length as an example)
High precision: Every cut-off is monitored by a stepper motor to guarantee high accuracy every operation.
Flat cut surface: The hot knife can perform high temperature heat sealing on the cut surface of colored ribbons and light and thin braided belts, and the sealing is smooth and free of burrs. The blade is made of imported high-quality steel and has a long service life.
Automatic operation: Just set your desired cutting speed, length, quantity and temperature, and the rest will be done automatically; once the material is used up, it will automatically stop working.
Compensation function : Only need to input the size value actually cut out, then the length set by the system can be cut out accurately.
Fault self-check : There is an error in the cutter sensor and there is no material supply. Once a fault occurs, the system will automatically display an error code on the screen.

memory function : Before the switch is turned off, the set cutting length, cutting quantity and cutting speed are automatically stored.
